Chris & Richard

I made it to the Brown’s just in time for their Christmas tree decorating party, complete with eggnog and candy canes.  It was a nice closing for this traveler’s journey.  The Brown’s are blessed with an amazing home, a beautiful family, and an incredible bond.  I had a blast following the kids around the yard and being a part of getting ready for their annual indoor picture.   The season is here and so is the weather.  The snow and cold keeps me on my journey south.  Thank you all for your hospitality and well wishes.  God Bless and Merry Christmas!

Lauren & The Boyz

HPFamily Portraits, Portrait

Lauren’s heart is as big as the family.  Thank you for all your generosity.  And when it came to our turn we left the lake for some river action.  The boys are high energy and I was amazed at how Lauren was actually able to slow them down and focus for some pictures.  True boys who never leave a stone unturned or question left unasked.  I think they even enjoyed the process.   There were still some trees with leaves and the colors were great.  A perfect way to end the day and this round of shooting on the East Coast.  Happy Holidays!

Carol & Michelle

A big thanks to Carol for the shoot and to Michelle for making me a true fan of Stonewall Kitchen food.    Nothing goes better with the holidays like Stonewalls chocolate syrup in my coffee, on my toast, in my cereals.  And Delaney’s smile never quits.  A real natural for the camera. We couldn’t have asked for better weather.  About a day after these shoots, the winter weather moved, in.  Cold, wind and rain.  The last of Fall for sure.  Happy Holidays everyone!

Gail & Rory

HPFamily Portraits, Portrait

There is nothing like the holidays for family.  Driving South for the winter I’ve shot four families so far.  Here is the first.  I’ve known Gail, Rory and the next two families for a few years now after shooting a reunion. An incredibly big family filled with smiles and real family values.  Again, we are at the lake, a perfect back drop for the last of what Fall has to offer.  A real blessing to have the opportunity and their attention for this shoot.  Thanks to all and Happy Holidays!

Krista | Senior Portraits

HPSenior Portrait

Krista was the Senior that started it all, before I knew it there were four girls standing outside waiting for their photographer.  Krista is part of a bigger family with an even bigger heart, that I met a few years ago. We had just a couple hours of daylight left, a beautiful blue bird Fall day and a very gorgeous lake to shoot at.  Krista lead the pack and all participated by helping assist and supporting each other.  It was a lot of fun and a great way to spend some time outdoors. I have posted each as individuals, Krista, Delaney, Shannon and Patty. I was really amazed at how good of friends they all are and am very thankful …
