This Christmas weekend I had the fortunate pleasure of spending some time with my Unkle Jon and friends. A late afternoon Christmas dinner filled with more food and abundance then we could make a dent in, complete with ham, turkey and homemade eggnog. A neighborhood affair, all the cool kids from the block came out for the feast. And the best weather of the week. The very next day is when the “Winter Storm” hit hard!
After losing any real light from sunset and fully getting in the way of another family photog, it was time for some seriously quick strobist lighting put to the test.

Jon’s place is a testing ground for cameras and latest in lighting, sound and wireless gadgetry. You never know what you will run into.
