First ever! held in Sebastian Florida a huge success. Over 45 kiteboarders & competitors sailed through the Flying Under Canopies & Kites event. Lyle Partnered with Neil Hutchinson from SlingShot Kites bringing in some hot shot kiteboarders who have recently taken up the sport of skydiving. Freeze Your Buns Off Boogie
This yearly event was blessed with incredible weather as snowbirds flocked from all directions to do BIG CReW in Z-Hills, Florida. Lead by Mike Lewis, organizers ran non stop dives that were incredibly dirt dived and debriefed from top to bottom. So a while back, while intensely reading my Rangefinder and bumming that I couldn’t go to WPPI this year, I thought about my biggest and closest community, colleges and crazies. I came across several articles that were incredibly inspiring. They always seem to pop up again and again. The greats, those photographers who did something simple, set a trend, preserved a section in time of our heritage, of culture itself.
